CowayCA ("we," "us," or "our") operates cowayca.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information through the Site and our consultation services.

We are an independent dealer of Coway USA, Inc. ("Coway USA"). We are not Coway USA, and this Site is not owned or operated by Coway USA. We do not collect payments. Coway USA handles all payments, installation, warranty, service, cancellations, and refunds directly.

1. Our Role

We provide product consultations and submit orders to Coway USA on your behalf. We do not handle credit review, billing, installation, warranty, maintenance, filter delivery, cancellations, or refunds. Any personal information Coway USA collects or receives is governed by Coway USA's Privacy Policy.

  • The content of your inquiries and communications with us (through web forms, phone, text message, email, or messaging apps)

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URL. We use cookies and similar technologies for this, including [Google Analytics / Google Ads / Meta Pixel — list only the tools actually installed].

Information we do not collect

We do not collect credit card or bank account information, Social Security numbers, or other government ID numbers. If Coway USA needs such information for credit review or billing, you provide it directly to Coway USA.

Your date of birth is collected solely because Coway USA requires it to process orders. We do not use it for marketing.

  • Legal requirements: when required by law or to protect our rights or others' safety.

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The Site may link to third-party websites, including coway-usa.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
