Coway's care service in which a professional coordinator visits regularly (every 6 months for filter products, every 12 months for bidets) to replace filters and clean the product. It's included in your rental rate at no extra cost, and you can choose self-care with filters shipped to you instead of visits. Your coordinator will contact you at the start of your visit month or the end of the prior month to schedule.
