That means you don't have to track down different departments. We handle the order and consultation, the official Coway organization handles everything after that, and you can come to us with questions at any point along the way.

Rental starts with no upfront cost and includes warranty coverage and scheduled filter eplacement for the length of the contract.
Outright purchase costs less overall, but maintenance service requires a separate membership.

Coway’s signature Heart Service provides professional maintenance throughout the United States. Every six months, a Coway service specialist visits to replace filters and clean the product, helping ensure that your unit stays clean, hygienic, and safe to use. From the time of purchase through the return of the product, Coway carefully manages each step so customers can use their products with confidence and peace of mind. Rental products are also covered by warranty throughout the rental contract period.
