3. Various payment methods?

• Purchase option with interest-free installments
• Various rental periods: 2, 3, 5, 6 years available

4. Preparations and process for the contract?

• Common information of rental and purchase customers is used as checkout information on the site
• In the case of purchasing customers, product receipt through payment
• For rental customers, request additional information when signing a contract
  Driver's license photo / social security number / direct debit account information or card information (card number / expiration date / CVV #)
• After receiving the order, send an order confirmation email to the rental or purchase customer and send a confirmation email

5. Return of products and payment?

• Orders can be canceled and refunded within 3 days after product installation is complete

6. What is the contract?

• After the rental ends, the product can be returned or reused after signing up for membership

7. How to install the product?

8. Terminate the contract?

• Reasons for exemption from penalty (if proof is available, such as death of contractor, bankruptcy, military service, etc.)
