※ The sterilizing water generation module has received S-Mark (Sterilization) certification for E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Sterilization performance was tested by the Korea Testing & Research Institute (KTR) in accordance with the S-Mark test standard (SL-1004-03).
For the test, 0.2 mL of a bacterial suspension containing 1–9 × 10⁷ CFU/mL of test bacteria (E. coli and S. aureus) was mixed with 20 mL of sterilizing water generated in each operating mode of randomly selected sterilizing water generation modules. After standing at room temperature for 1 minute, the reduction in viable bacteria was measured against the initial bacterial count.
